Four arrested after overdose

On Tuesday May 16, 2017 at approximately 7:36 p.m. Marshall County received a 911 call in reference to a male who was unresponsive at the RedRock Inn. Patrolman Bryant responded to the room and located the male subject.

Narcan was used by the officer and Plymouth EMS. During the investigation narcotics were located in the room and ultimately four people were subsequently lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

Christopher Fields- Dealing in Controlled substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Visiting a common nuisance, $20,000 cash bond.

James Bailey- Dealing in Controlled substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Narcotic Drug and Visiting a common nuisance, $20,000 cash bond.

Steven Cogswell- Maintaining a common nuisance $3000.00 cash bond

Jacqueline Poull- Maintaining a common nuisance $3000.00 cash bond

The Marshall County Police were assisted at the scene by the Plymouth Police Department.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
