Plymouth Police Officer Krynock was dispatched to a disabled vehicle in the roadway on US 30 Thursday evening about 5:30. When he arrived on the scene, the driver, 32 year old Justin Dean Hall of Grovertown was returning to the vehicle. A check of his information showed an active felony warrant through Lake County.
Justin Hall was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await transfer to Lake County.
