arrested_handcuffs19 year old Edgar Jose Herrera of Plymouth was arrested Tuesday morning just before 2 for Minor Consuming, Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication and Failure to ID himself to police.

Plymouth Police were dispatched to Monroe and Walnut Streets for a loud noise complaint and complaint of subjects yelling and cursing in and around a vehicle. Officer Chris Miller arrived in the area and observed four subjects near the vehicle. After a short investigation, Herrera was placed under arrest and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond .
