35 year old Joshua Hoover of Plymouth was arrested Sunday morning following an incident at 827 North Seventh Street in Plymouth.
Plymouth Police located Hoover at the scene of a battery. During the investigation and at the Plymouth Emergency Room he continued to exhibit disorderly conduct even though police asked him not to.
Hoover was placed under arrests and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $500 cash bond.
