On Monday, May 22 INDOT will be starting milling and paving operation from the Plymouth Airport on North Michigan Street also known as State RD 17, through the downtown area of Plymouth and on to Lake Avenue.
The bulk of this operation should be completed in two weeks. INDOT along with Walsh andKelly will make every effort to make the impact of this operation minimal to the business and the citizens of Plymouth.
