A 21 year old Nappanee man was apprehended for Sunday evening just after 6 for Possession of Marijuana.
Bremen Police Officer Trent Stouder conducted a traffic stop at US 6 and Elm Road and found the driver, 21year old Cristian H. Chairez in Possession of Marijuana.
Chairez signed a promise to appear in Marshall Superior Court II and was released from the scene.
