Crash_logoMarshall County Police Officer Les McFarland investigated a two vehicle collision on Monday December 18th about 6:30 on State Road 331 north of state Road 25, just south of Tippecanoe. 

His report states that Seth White of Kewanna was traveling northbound on State Road 331 in a 2017 Ford F150,when the vehicle traveling southbound crossed the center line and hit his vehicle causing damage to both vehicles.

Tyler Russ of Warsaw was traveling southbound on State road 331 in a 2003 Hyundia and for unknown reasons
crossed the center line and hit the other pick up truck causing damage to both vehicles.

Both drivers refused medical attention at the scene.  Luthern EMS along with Tippecanoe Fire Department assisted at the scene.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
