A Plymouth man was arrested by Bremen Police Officer John Tice Sunday evening, January 15th for Operator Never Licensed.
About 8:30 Officer Tice conducted a traffic stop at US 6 and State Road 331. That’s when he found out 23 year old Samuel Ortiz was Operating while Never Receiving a License.
Ortiz was booked into the Marshal County Jail.
