The Lincoln 7th Grade Boys Basketball B team finished their season in a four-team tournament at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Valparaiso on Saturday morning. In the first game of the day, the Red Storm played the host team in a very competitive match-up, ultimately falling by a score of 26-18. Gil Stanton led the way for Lincoln with 7 points.
In the 3rd place game, the Red Storm were up against a motivated squad from Chesterton that had just come off a tough loss to Ben Franklin. Lincoln never gave up in a tough contest that ended in a 45-10 victory for Chesterton. Gil Stanton and Lennon Creighbaum each scored 3 points for the Red Storm. Lincoln’s B Team ends their season with a record of 3-5.
