The Riverside 6th grade boys were in action last night as they traveled to Rochester and spoiled the Zebras Season Finale. The Riverside Rockets brought home the victory, 34-23. The Rockets were led in scoring by Nolan Bales with 9 points. Davis Wray and Easton Strain both chipped in 8 points a piece. Kavan Holm had 3 and Trey Hall, Timmy Wakeland, and Brock Jensen each had 2 points. The Rockets will be in action on Thursday as they host Knox for their final home game of the season. The team will finish up with a tourney at Tippy Valley on Saturday.
The 6th grade boys B team was also in action against Rochester starting out the game strong and holding on for a 20-13 victory. The Rockets were led in scoring by Shane Abberger with 9 points. Conner Schmiedlin chipped in with 7 points. Noble Bockman and Dominic Giordano both had 2 points a piece.
