Riverside takes two wins
NORTH LIBERTY – The fifth grade boys basketball team traveled to North Liberty on Monday and came away with a pair of victories.
In the A game, the boys came away with a 38-9 victory as Wade Seddelmeyer led the team with 11 points. Mason Bales chipped in eight, Preston Wolfe had six and Dash Barton added five.
In the B game, a balanced scoring attack led to a 17-2 victory. Ryan Manns and Aiden Sauer had four while Miles Barger, Juan Mendez, and Jaden Yates added two. Anthony Sommers put in three points as well.
Both teams will conclude their season with a tournament at the Launching Pad on Saturday. The first game will start with the B team playing at 9 a.m.
