SYRACUSE – The Plymouth Rockie Wrestling team participated in the Wawasee Invitational Saturday, posting a record of 2-3 on the day..

Plymouth defeated Heritage 66-6 and Glenn 60-22. They fell to NLC rivals Wawasee 47-18, and Northridge 52-20. They also took a tough one point loss to Angola 34-33.

Graham Calhoun (160) and Nate LaFree (220) were undefeated on the day posting 5-0 records. Zane DeVault (120), Sam Stayton (195), and Kendall Himes (285) all were 4-1.

Plymouth is now 14-8 overall with the Rochester Invitational on Dec. 22 starting at 9:00 a.m.
The JV Rockie Wrestlers participated at North Miami in an invitational. Diego Garcia finished first in his weight class. Tyler Richey and Cage Long both finished third while Michael Stauffer finished in fifth place.
