Bremen Police Officer John Tice arrested a Portage man Sunday morning November 5th about 1:30 following a traffic stop at Montgomery and Plymouth Streets in Bremen.
22 year old Teijhan X. D. Skelton was arrested for Possession of Marijuana under 30 grams.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
