Tuesday morning, September, 26th at about 10:15 Kathryn Smith was located the Red Rock Inn by Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre. Smith had an active warrant out of Fulton County for possession of paraphernalia. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. During a search at the jail, methamphetamine was found on her person. She was subsequently charged locally for possession of methamphetamine.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
