Over 500 people enjoyed the music of the Scallywaggers and Viagra Falls while enjoying some of the best craft brews available in the area. This year wine was also available along with some new products from Coca Cola for the designated drivers in the crowd.

While no firm numbers were available on Sunday it was estimated that the festival did well again in providing funds to continue building Freedom Park, the city’s all inclusive playground at Packard Woods.

“Obviously we are still getting the numbers together but I would guess that we would be around $8000 to $10,000,” said festival organizer Tony Gamble. “We’ve still got some invoices to pay and after that we’ll know for sure.”

The event went off without a hitch for the second year with patrons enjoying a fun evening with great weather at Plymouth’s newest park. The group is already planning on having the festival again in 2018.

“We’re absolutely planning to do it again next year,” said Gamble. “Tentatively we’re looking at June 23 for a date.”
