DECA is a national organization for future business leaders. The organization prepares leaders and entrepreneurs for careers and education in marketing, finance, hospitality, management, and otherbusiness areas.

Last Friday in the Triton Elementary School Library, Mrs. Brosman’s fifth grade class took part in a Book Tasting event. They were able to sample 3 different books of their choosing and then grade the book as to whether they thought it sounded interesting or not. Several students ended up checking out one of the books they tried.
The latest Project Produce winner at Triton Elementary School was Jacob Hudson from 4th grade. Triton Elementary kitchen staff served Zucchini with ranch dressing for dipping. 390 students tasted it, 244 liked it while 146 did not.
