Tippecanoe Valley defeats Red Storm
AKRON – The Lincoln eighth grade boys basketball team travelled to Tippy Valley to play on Wednesday night. The A team started strong but struggled late in the game, finishing with a loss and final score of 61-37.
Leading scorers for the A team included David Schadek with 13 points and Colin Chupp with 11 points.
The B team had their first game of the season. The B team had a very strong performance and came away with a win and final score of 54-19.
Offensive scoring included Blake Bowling with 17 points, Gil Stanton with 15, Matt Mazuk with 11, DeVante Garcia with six, and Cristian Quintana with five points.
Lincoln plays next on Saturday at the Northwood Invitational.
