The Lincoln Red Storm took both boys and girls squads to Raccoon Run in Warsaw to meet-up with rivals Edgewood and Lakeview on Wednesday night for a final tuneup before the conference championship meet. The boys team dropped a couple tough matches, firing a 202, while Edgewood shot a 198 and Lakeview swept the field with a 185. Jake Reichard’s 46 and Owen Yoder’s 47 led the way for Lincoln. Medalist honors went to Tucker Carlile of Lakeview with a 41. The boys finish the regular season with a record of 6-3.
The girls team shot a season-best 245 but neither Warsaw team could field a full girls team. Annastasia Hutchings fired a season-best and team-best 56 to lead the way for the ladies. Medalist honors went to Delaney Byron of Edgewood with a 51. The girls close the regular season with a record of 0-3.
