22 year old Jacob Yazel of Winamac was arrested by Plymouth Police Officer John Weir Friday morning.
Plymouth Police were dispatched to Ponderosa about 11 a.m. Friday morning for a subject violating a Protective Order.
Officer Weir located Mr. Yazel inside the establishment and refused to leave. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for violation of the protective order.
