Friday evening just after 8 Bremen Police Officer Troy Ulch stopped a vehicle at US 6 and Miami Road. That traffic stop lead to the arrest of 25 year old William A. Waddington of Nappanee for being a Habitual Traffic Violator.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
