3 Arrested for PI, Illegal Consumption and Caldwell for Carrying Without a License

arrested_handcuffsWednesday morning about 5:15, Plymouth Police officers were dispatched to North Michigan Street at the US30 overpass for a complaint of three subjects running in and out of traffic.

Officers located 19 year old Tanner Caldwell of Monterey, and 20 year olds Gary Braasch and Dazha Oakley both of Plymouth at the Speedway gas station parking lot.

A brief investigation revealed an unholstered firearm in the possession of Tanner Caldwell without a concealed carry permit.

All three were under the influence of alcohol, and were underage. Above subjects were placed under arrest for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol and Public Intoxication while Caldwell was also charged with Carrying A handgun Without a License.
