Bremen Police Officer Trent Stouder made two arrested on Monday, May 7th.
Just before 4 in the afternoon the officer served a warrant at 305 South Whitock Street. 33 year old Kaci Disher of Bremen had a body attachment warrant for failure to appear on a civil lawsuit. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $250 cash bond.
About 9:45 Monday evening Officer Stouder conducted a traffic stop on State Road 331.
29 year old Charles D. Sanders of Argos was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed, Driving While Suspended with a Prior, Possession of Marijuana and a Warrant out of Kosciusko County.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed, all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
