On Sunday June 17, at approximately 6:30 in the evening Plymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty conducted a traffic stop at West Jefferson and Fifth Ave for a moving violation.
The driver, 29 year old Navidad Mejia of Plymouth was taken into custody for Operating Without ever receiving a License.
Navidad Mejia was transported to Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond.
