29 year old Agustin Mosqueda-Cabrera of Plymouth was stopped on a traffic stop Friday night, June 22nd about 10:30 in the area of 1500 N. Michigan Street by Plymouth Officer Jerrid Arnold.
Upon an investigation it was found that Mr. Mosqueda-Cabrera was operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was operating a motor vehicle while never licensed.
Mosqueda-Cabrera was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.
