Beginning Monday, June 25, the Town of Culver will be flushing hydrants. They typically do this twice a year to remove rust from the town’s water distribution system.
As the crew moves through the Town of Argos, residents might notice a rusty color to the water coming from the faucet. The water is still safe to drink. To resolve the issue, though, turn on the cold water faucet and let the water run until it is clear.
The Culver crew should be done with the hydrants by the end of the week.
