Illinois Woman Arrested for Cocaine

MugShot_Heather SerpeOn Friday, August 24th at approximately 12:30 AM Marshall Deputy Smith conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle traveling westbound on US 30 near US 31.

After an investigation it was discovered the operator of the vehicle, 20 year old Heather Serpe of Illinois was in possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and drug paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and given a cash bond of $4,500.
