Plymouth Board of Public Works & Safety Approves 2019 Spring Street & Sidewalk Projects

Plymouth Color Logo2014During Tuesday evening’s Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety meeting, City Engineer Rick Gaul presented a list of the 2019 Spring Street & Sidewalk projects for consideration.

Gaul said that the city was recently awarded $479,907.68 from the state’s Community Crossing program.  The City of Plymouth will have to provide a 50% match giving the city nearly one million dollars for road and sidewalk projects in 2019.

The list of projects being proposed for next year are:

Randolph Street from Jefferson to Baker

Stanley Drive from Hehr to Jim Neu

Walnut Street from Jefferson to Monroe

Madison Street from Plum to Center

Kingston from Pennsylvania to Jefferson

Lemler Drive from Michigan to Bayless and

Chester Street from Clinton to Oakhill.

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety unanimously approved the list of projects.
