Karen Heim, the Culver Town Clerk Treasurer released information on the upcoming town elections in 2019.
In October, the Culver Town Council passed an ordinance that changed the process of determining a political party’s candidate for town office from a convention held in August to the primary which is held in May.
As a result of this change, the deadline to file as a candidate for a Culver Town Council seat is noon on February 9, 2019 instead of the previous deadline of the end of July.
In 2019, the clerk-treasurer position and three council member seats are up for election/re-election.
