Jana’s Gymnasts Compete in Mishawaka

Jana’s Gymnastics from Plymouth competed in the Time to Shine Gymnastics meet in Mishawaka on Saturday and all three of Jana’s Teams earned team trophies.

Top Row: Alexa Finke, Damaris Aguilar, Alissa Kessler, Maddy Brouyette, Nora Guseilla.  Individual Winners: Aubrey Geller (1st Place on Vault 9.025, Beam 9.25 and All-Around 36.55), Alexa Finke (1st Place on Vault 9.45 and Bars 9.475), Maddy Brouyette (1st Place on Vault 9.6, Bars 9.4 and All-Around 36.875).

Jana's_1st place Gold Team_Mishawaka2018

Jana’s Gold team came home team champions beating the 2nd place team by 2 whole points.  Pictured are Jana’s 1st Place Gold Team Members: Front Row: Kasi Harner, Jersey Hunter, Madison Ward, Briley Lowe. Back Row: McKenna Lowe, Camryn Haskins, Jaelyn McGrath, Klara Guseilla, Dorothy Karris and Tessa Hutchinson. Individual winners are: Camryn Haskins (1st Place on Bars 9.35, Beam 9.425 and All-Around 36.425), Jersey Hunter (1st Place on Vault 9.1), Tessa Hutchinson (1st Place on Beam 9.45, Floor 9.4 and All-Around 37.025)

These gymnasts travel to Chicago this weekend to compete in the Chicago Style Meet at Navy Pier, which is acknowledged as the largest gymnastics meet in the world.  More than 6,000 gymnasts will be competing at this meet, including gymnasts from other countries.
