Pedraza Arrested by City Police on Warrants, DWS & Possession of Cocaine

warrant-arrestOn Thursday, April 26th Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre received information that 27 year old Alfonso Pedraza was at the Speedway Gas Station near Michigan and Plymouth Goshen Trail and was driving a silver Nissan.

Officer McIntyre had prior information that Mr. Pedraza had two felony warrants and had a suspended driver’s license.  He observed Mr. Pedraza leaving the gas station and pulled him over.

During the course of the investigation, suspected cocaine was located on Alfonso Pedraza.  He also had the warrant for dealing meth from the Marshall County Drug Task Force along with a warrant for auto theft and pointing a firearm from a previous case.

Bonds were set at $25,000 and $10,000 respectively for Mr. Pedraza.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
