2 Arrested for Cook Lake Trail Burglary

On May 18th the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated a burglary on Cook Lake Trail.

Officers found that forced entry was made into the residence and items had been stolen from the residence. Items taken included numerous power tools, electronics, fishing items, and boating items.

A witness in the area had observed a small blue Dodge pickup truck parked near the residence around the time of the burglary. 

During the police investigation the owner of the suspect vehicle was identified and a portion of the stolen property was recovered from a pawn shop in South Bend.

On Monday, May 29th, two suspects were located at two different residences in Roseland, and taken into custody without incident.

MugShot_Nicholas Cline29 year old Nicholas L. Cline both of South Bend were arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Burglary.
