UNIT Arrests 3 on Thursday for Meth

Drug ArrestsThursday afternoon about 1:30 in the afternoon members of the  Marshall County Undercover Narcotic Investigations Team (UNIT) arrested three people on Oak Drive for Dealing.

36 year old Bethany Lawton of Koontz Lake was arrested and lodge in the Marshall County Jail for Dealing in a Scheduled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was held with NO BOND.

30 year old Murriah Dailey of South Bend was booked into the County Jail for Dealing Methamphetamine and Possession of Meth.  She too was held with NO BOND.

27 year old Skylar Daniels of South Bend was arrested for Dealing in Methamphetamine and Possession of Meth and held with NO BOND.

The UNIT was assisted by the Plymouth Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
