Mishawaka Man Arrested by Plymouth Police for Driving While Suspended and Possession of Marijuana & Paraphernalia

Handcuffs-new24 year old Curlean Williams Jr. of Mishawaka was arrested on Sunday, October 7th about 12:30 in the morning after Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop at North Plum and Madison Streets.

During the traffic stop, Medina was found to be Operating a vehicle with a Suspended license, in Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.  He was lodged in Marshall County Jail.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
