The rain held off Saturday morning for critters to hit the trails at the 2nd Annual Triton FFA Critter Crawl! Over 25 runners participated in Saturday’s race. This run was a fantastic way to expose people to the beautiful trails, as well as the Potawatomi facility located Tippecanoe.
The 5K Critter Crawl took runners through a portion of the Potawatomi Park trail system. Brandon Kitch, age 15, came in with the fastest time of 20:08 for the 5K Trail Run.
We are very appreciative of the support we’ve received from our sponsors and supporters for this year’s Critter Crawl Trail Run. Thank you Watkins Truck & Trailer, Bourbon Veterinary Hospital, Jim Conley Trucking and Hoffer Lawn Services.
The Critter Crawl raised $347.00 that will be donated to the Marshall County Humane Society.
