A Fort Wayne man is behind bars after being arrested on Wednesday, October 24th.
Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop in the area of US 30 and Gumwood Road just after 11 p.m. on a black 2008 Mercedes passenger car.
The driver of the vehicle, 32 year old Chad D. Bienz of Fort Wayne was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended-prior driver`s license. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant through Whitley County.
Bienz was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for Driving While Suspended – prior and held on the warrant.
