MugShot_Amy BoakeAbout 9:15 Friday night, October 26th, Marshall County Police, Polk Township Fire and Walkerton EMS were dispatched to the 3,000 block of West County Line Road for a single vehicle accident.  The call was that a vehicle had crashed into a tree. 

Arriving at the scene, officers found the driver, 37 year old Amy N. Boake of Walkerton to be under the influence of alcohol.  She was also in possession of marijuana and LSD. 

Boake was transported to the Plymouth Hospital and a certified blood test showed her to be over two times the legal limit of alcohol. 

Amy Boake was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more, operating a vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering, Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug and Possession of Marijuana.
