Bourbon policeOfficer Matt Geiger with the Bourbon Police Department stopped a vehicle traveling on Main Street t 5:20 Monday morning without and headlights.

The driver, Nickolas Byers of Bourbon was found to have a suspended driver’s license with a prior conviction.  Byers was transported to the Marshall County Jail, given a July 3rd court date and held on a $750 cash bond.
