About 11:40 Saturday night, May 13th, Marshall County Deputies were dispatched to Sheryl Court for an argument between family members.
Once on scene Officer Smith and Officer Ayala conducted an investigation. Following the investigation 44 year old Chad Smith of Plymouth was arrested for Domestic Battery in front of a minor, Animal Cruelty, and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Smith became extremely uncooperative several times during the investigation, he was lodged in the Marshall County Jail with a cash bond of $3,005.
