The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety renewed the lease with HIS Small Wonders Preschool during their August 27th. The annual contract is the same as this past year at $650 each month.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi said the preschool has made lots of improvement to the interior of the building and plans are to have the exterior project including in the County’s Stellar application. He said the exterior is in major need of stabilization.
If the County is successful in the grant application the project would the improve the exterior and then the city would like to create an entrepreneurial hub in the building as a long term lease.
