A high speed pursuit by Plymouth Police was terminated after officer followed the vehicle for 28 miles…ending in Saint Joe County.
Christmas Eve about 10 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold initiated a traffic stop on a black Lexus near the intersection of North Michigan Street and Hoham Drive. The reason for the traffic stop was because the officer had observed several traffic infractions.
The vehicle fled police and the pursuit began. The pursuit traveled about 28 miles through LaPaz, Lakeville and South Bend before officers terminated the pursuit.
Neither the driver nor the vehicle was apprehended.
