County BuildingThe Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday Morning at 8:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building. Their lengthy agenda includes the Highway Department report, representatives from DLZ with updates on a couple bridge projects and Community Corrections Director Ward Byers who is requesting an appointment to the local board.

Judge Dean Colvin is requesting travel for Community Corrections while County Recorder Marlene Mahler will present a software agreement and two ordinance requests.

County Clerk Deb VanDeMark will present a request for unpaid time off for an employee and Prosecutor Nelson Chipman will request employee access to the south entrance of the County Building.

The County Commissioners will consider an ordinance amending the speed limit on Linden Road and removal of a stop sign.  They are also going to discuss Underwood Road in Union Township and 12th Road in Bourbon Township, projects on the 2018 Road Plan.

The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
