The Marshall County Drainage Board and Commissioners will meet this morning beginning at 8:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
The agenda for the Drainage Board meeting includes opening bids for the reconstruction of the L. Pontius Tile Arm to the McKesson Ditch. Jose Jimenez will request a variance on the Hershberger Ditch and the board will discuss a variance and bank stabilization project for AEP Transmission lines on the G. Stephy Ditch, also known as the W. Forsythe Ditch.
The Commissioner’s meeting begins at 9:30 on the second floor of the County Building. Their agenda includes a report from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters and Mike Miley will report on several contracts he has reviewed.
Sheriff Matt Hassle and Matt Pitney will discuss the phone issue that happened at the jail and Christine Stinson from the County Health Department will seek the commissioner’s approval to re-appoint Dr. Craig Miller as their appointment to the County Board of Health.
Also on the agenda of the commissioner’s meeting is the County Attorney Report, Auditor’s Report and Commissioner Items.
