Today weather permitting Marshall County Highway Department crews will be prime coating 14B from Olive Trail to Nutmeg Road and Sage Road from 2B north. Roads will be closed for 2 to 3 hours for dry time.
Once this section is completed County Highway crews will move to 12th Road between Muckshaw and Maple Roads. Once the prime coat is applied 12th Road will be closed 2 to 3 hrs to allow the material to dry.
This process will continue on Maple Road between 13th and 14th Roads and then on to Gumwood Road between 12B and 14th Roads. Again, once the material is applied the roads will be closed for 2 to 3 hours to allow the material time to dry.
Superintendent Jason Peters asks driver to try to avoid these roads during this process. Road closed signs will be posted.
