County Police Need Help to Identify Suspects on Trail Cam Who Stole Ground Blind

Trail cam_1Marshall County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in attempting to identify two possible subjects that stole a camouflage ground blind from a residence in the 14,000 block of Nutmeg Road. 

Tuesday evening, October 30th at about 8:30 two male subjects were captured on a trail camera.  The two male subjects were possibly accompanied by a third subject.  The trail camera shows the males went onto the property and stole the blind.

Sheriff`s Department.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
