Geiselman Yost search warrant IIMarshall County Prosecutor Nelson Chipman announced Thursday, May 31, 2018 at approximately 8:30 a.m. a search warrant was executed on a residence in the 2400 block of W. Lake Avenue in Plymouth.  Officers from the Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team (UNIT) conducted an investigation that led to the drafting and court approval of a search warrant.  Assisting with the investigation was the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.  Assisting with execution of the warrant were officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the Indiana State Police.

Recovered in the search were approximately 42 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 46 grams of marijuana, 1.2 grams of Ecstasy, 15 grams of pseudoephedrine and a small quantity of other illegal drugs.  Approximately 50 hypodermic needles were strewn throughout the residence and were also confiscated.  Also seized was over $1100 in cash and three fully loaded handguns.  Several scales used to weigh substances were also confiscated.

A small child within the residence was also removed by the Indiana Department of Child Services.

Geisleman Yost search warrant ITwo persons were arrested inside the home, William Geisleman and Seana Yost, both Plymouth residents.  Both are currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of dealing methamphetamine, as a Level 2 felony.  No bond has been set as of yet.
