Friday evening just before 10, Marshall County Police were dispatched to Jellystone Campground for the report of a juvenile being sexually battered.
Officer Wozniak responded and found many subjects involved in a verbal argument. After officers were able to separate all parties, it was found that 50 year old Gerald R. Mcinerney of Orlandpark, IL had allegedly touched a juvenile female inappropriately on the inner leg and groin.
McInerney was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for sexual battery. He was held on a $4,000 cash bond until Saturday morning about 3:20 when the bond was paid and he was released. McInerney was given a September 18th initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
