On November 29th the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a 911 call about a physical battery which occurred between a male a female.
Police were dispatched to the 9000 block of King Road and after an investigating of the incident by Officer Hafke, 24 year old Jace Erikson of Plymouth was located at the Queen Road Trailer Park and arrested. Erickson was arrested for Battery and Intimidation.
