JackJordanMarshallFilingRepublican State Representative Jack Jordan filed with the Indiana Secretary of State and Marshall County Clerk’s Office to seek reelection to the District 17 seat in the Indiana House of Representatives.

“It is an honor and a privilege to serve the people of Marshall and Fulton Counties,” said Jack Jordan.  “The opportunity to connect with constituents and get feedback on issues is something I take very seriously when considering my vote on a bill.  Putting the views of my district first, as opposed to other interests, is my priority.”

“We have big challenges and opportunities,” explained Representative Jack Jordan.  “As a constitutional conservative, I’m focused on restraining government over-reach and finding innovative solutions to real problems.  Indiana is leading the nation on a variety of measurements and reforms, but we must drive these successes in jobs and economic growth to all of our communities and every corner of the state.”

First elected in 2016, Rep. Jordan is running for his first reelection to a two-year term. He serves on three legislative committees: Veterans Affairs and Public Safety; Education; Commerce, Small Business & Economic Development.

Priority issues for Jordan include workforce education and training, confronting the opioid crisis, fighting for pro-life legislation, defending the 2nd Amendment, and reducing bureaucracy and outdated laws and regulations.

Indiana House District 17 includes all of Marshall County and five townships in the north and central areas of Fulton County (Aubbenaubbee, Henry, New Castle, Richland and Rochester townships).
