A Plymouth woman was arrested on December 27 by city police.
About 8:30 in the evening, Officer Jerrid Arnold conducted a traffic stop near North Michigan Street and US 30. Following an investigation, 48 year old Karen Baltes was arrested for OWI Felony with a previous OWI conviction and Possession of a Legend drug.
Ms. Baltes was lodge in the Marshall County Jail.
