Michiana on the Move 2045The Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) is currently working on the development of the Michiana on the Move: 2045 Transportation Plan. This plan serves as the long-range transportation plan and will identify current conditions of the regional transportation network, assess future travel needs, and establish priorities that will inform policies and transportation projects so that our region can better plan investments and growth for our transportation system.

MACOG is holding pop-up events across the region. The pop-up event includes information about the planning process, as well as activities that residents can participate in and learn more about potential transportation investments. The input of residents will assist in identifying investments for our region to pursue to address transportation priorities over the next 25 years.

The MACOG pop-up event in Marshall County will be held on Friday, November 9th from 7:30 a.m. till 10 a.m. at the French Press Coffee Company at 110 W. LaPorte Street in Plymouth.

Additionally, an online public input map and questionnaire are available online through November. To take the survey or for more information, visit move2045.macog.com.
